Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Any cancellation or reschedule made in less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 40% of the reserved services If you arrive late to your appointment the technician will work until your allocated time has finished. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply (the amount of fee will be equal to 40% of the reserved services).
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without canceling. In the case of a no-show, a fee equal to the full amount of all reserved services will be charged.
Cancellation fees will be charged to your credit card or done by bank transfer.
