Our continued commitment to client safety and hygiene

Your safety and hygiene is our highest priority and you will notice a few updated safety changes in our clinics. These include:

• Temperature checks as you enter our clinic
• Markings on the floor for social distancing
• Limit of 1 staff member and 1 client per treatment room. For the safety of our community, we ask that you please attend your appointment alone
• Our highly trained medical staff equipped with personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves were required
• Providing hand sanitizer at reception and in each treatment room for all clients
• Following a strict handwashing protocol using anti-bacterial liquid before, during and after every treatment
• Using medical-grade disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces and equipment between every client
• Wearing gloves for the duration of every treatment and change regularly throughout as needed
• Wearing face masks where appropriate
• Following strict sterilisation protocols on all our equipment
• Thorough daily cleaning of all high touch areas with high-grade disinfectant, including reception surfaces, door handles, and treatment areas

If you have recently returned from Overseas and/or are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, we would ask that you isolate yourself. Even though you may not have any symptoms, you may be a carrier and may be contagious for up to 14 days.

If at any time you develop a fever, a cough, sore throat or shortness of breath within 14 days of travel or have had contact with a person with confirmed coronavirus, you should immediately isolate yourself from other people. Contact the Health Direct helpline on 1800 022 222 and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
